Function: BITOR() - Returns a bitwise 'OR' of two numbers.
(E1): Bitwise OR of 1 (00001) and 5(00101) is 5 (00101)
(E2): Bitwise OR of 3 (00011) and 5(00101) is 7 (00111)
(E3): Bitwise OR of 1 (00001) and 6(00110) is 7 (00111)
(E4): Bitwise OR of 9 (01001) and 6(00110) is 15 (01111)
